Deaf and Hard of Hearing Center Website Redesign
Project Overview
Deaf and Hard of Hearing Center needed a website that could clearly connect its community with programs, services, resources, and important information.
TWS worked to create a more welcoming and organized digital experience with accessibility at the center. The goal was to help Deaf and hard of hearing visitors, families, professionals, and community members find what they need without navigating through unnecessary complexity.
What TWS Improved
TWS improved the website’s overall structure, visual hierarchy, navigation, readability, and mobile experience. Content was organized to make key programs and resources easier to discover while creating a more consistent experience across the site.
Accessibility considerations were incorporated throughout the design, helping ensure that usability was treated as part of the experience rather than an afterthought.
The Impact
The improved website provides the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Center with a clearer and more professional digital home for its services and community resources.
Visitors can more easily understand what the organization provides, locate relevant information, and find their next step, whether that means accessing a service, learning about a program, or connecting with the organization.
