Website accessibility audit

Website accessibility audit and WCAG review

A website accessibility audit tests your site against the WCAG 2.2 AA guidelines and reports which barriers exist, how serious each one is, and what it takes to fix them. Twist Web Studio combines automated scanning with manual keyboard and screen reader testing, because automated tools alone catch only part of the picture.

What the audit covers

We test the pages that matter most: your homepage, key service pages, forms, and any flow where someone gives you money or their contact details.

  • Automated WCAG 2.2 AA scan across the pages in scope
  • Manual keyboard-only walkthrough of navigation, forms, and dialogs
  • Screen reader testing of headings, landmarks, labels, and error messages
  • Colour contrast measured on real text and interface controls
  • Zoom and mobile checks at 200 percent and on a small screen
  • Video and media review for captions and transcripts

What you receive

A written report in plain language, not a wall of error codes. Each finding says what it is, who it affects, where it happens, how serious it is, and what fixing it involves. Findings are ordered by impact, so you can start with the ones that block people outright.

Try the free scan first

Our free accessibility checker runs an automated WCAG 2.2 scan on any page and gives you a downloadable report in a couple of minutes. It is a good first look. It will not catch everything an audit does, because some barriers only appear when a human tries to use the page.

Fixing what the audit finds

You can hand the report to your own developer, or we can do the remediation work ourselves and re-test afterwards so you know what actually changed.
