Website redesign services
Website redesign services for businesses and nonprofits
A website redesign rebuilds an existing site so it reads clearly, works on a phone, and is usable by everyone, without losing the search rankings you already have. Twist Web Studio redesigns sites for small businesses and nonprofits from Austin, Texas, and works with clients across the United States.
Signs it is time for a redesign
Most people know something is wrong before they can name it. These are the reasons clients usually come to us.
- The site looks dated next to the businesses you compete with
- It is hard to read or use on a phone
- You cannot update it yourself without asking someone for help
- Visitors cannot find your services, hours, or a way to contact you
- Text is low contrast, links are unclear, or the site cannot be used with a keyboard
- Pages load slowly, or you have pages nobody links to anymore
What a redesign with us includes
Every redesign starts with what you already have. We keep what works, fix what does not, and protect the search visibility you have built.
- A review of your current pages, traffic, and what people actually search for
- A page structure and navigation plan before any visual design starts
- New design that reflects your organization instead of a template
- Accessibility built in: contrast, headings, keyboard access, labeled forms
- Redirects for any page whose address changes, so links and rankings carry over
- A review round with you before anything goes live
Keeping your rankings through the move
The most common damage in a redesign is invisible: URLs change, old pages disappear, and search traffic drops a month later. We map every existing page to its new home, set redirects where addresses change, keep the page titles and descriptions that are already earning clicks, and re-submit your sitemap after launch.
How long it takes
A light refresh is usually two to three weeks. A full redesign is usually four to eight weeks, depending on how much content exists and how quickly reviews come back. You get a schedule during the first conversation, not after you have paid.
