Deaf Action Center Website Support & Optimization
Project Overview
Deaf Action Center faced an unexpected challenge when its website designer left, leaving the organization without an in-house web professional to manage important updates.
The timing made the situation even more urgent. DAC was preparing for its 50th Anniversary Gala, a major milestone that needed timely and accurate information available online.
TWS stepped in to provide immediate website support, helping DAC keep its digital presence updated and ready to support one of the organization’s biggest celebrations.
What TWS Improved
Rather than starting over with a new website, TWS worked within DAC’s existing WordPress and Elementor setup to provide the support the organization needed.
TWS helped manage website updates, publish and organize Gala information, troubleshoot technical issues, improve page presentation, and make sure important content worked across desktop and mobile devices.
TWS also assisted with accessibility, responsive design, browser compatibility, website maintenance, and other technical needs as they came up.
This project wasn’t simply a redesign. It was about stepping into an existing website, understanding it quickly, and keeping it working when the organization needed support most.
The Impact
With TWS providing ongoing website support, Deaf Action Center could focus on preparing for its programs, community, and 50th Anniversary Gala without having to urgently hire an in-house website designer.
Important Gala information could continue to be published and updated while technical website needs were handled behind the scenes.
What started as an urgent need for website help became a reliable digital partnership, giving DAC access to web expertise when they need it.
